School of Dental Medicine Graduate Funding Opportunities

Merit Scholarship
A partial tuition award for entering first year students with an overall GPA of at least 3.4. The scholarship is available for all four years of the DMD program. Recipients must maintain a 3.0 average for continuation of award. Administered by the Office of Admissions, Goldman School of Dental Medicine(617) 638-4787.

International Fellowships for Women of Countries Other Than the United States

Stipends are approximately $15,000 for one year of advanced research. Stipends are awarded to women of foreign countries who express intention to return to her native country. Administered by the Cultural Affairs Officer at any American Embassy; or the AAUW Education Foundation, 2201 N. Dodge St., Iowa City, IA 52243-4030.

Boston University School of Dental Medicine Endodontic Alumni Association Scholarship Fund

Award amount varies. Scholarship is awarded to second-year endodontics students who demonstrate need. Administered by Dr. Harold Levin, Department of Endodontics (617) 638-6612.

Hillenbrand Fellowship

A stipend of $40,000 plus reasonable budget for travel and single medical benefit, for recently graduated dentists interested in pursuing a career in dental administration. Administered by Oral Health America, 211 East Chicago Avenue, Chicago, IL 60611.
