Communicating with people who do not share your background or about non-technical issues can be slow and even frustrating. It doesn’t have to be that way! Join communication coach Linda Plano for an interactive seminar to learn and practice simple but effective techniques for translating your ideas into a compelling, authentic pitch that wins over your audience, whether you are talking with your department chair, potential sponsors, investors, grant managers, and others. Participants are encouraged to bring a draft one-minute elevator pitch to receive live coaching.
