CANCELLED: How Women Innovators Can Beat Gender Bias: Research & Practice with Dr. Dana Kanze

Boston University research leads to innovations with real impact, from life-changing solutions to life-saving technologies and therapeutics. The broader the pool of faculty patenting their work, the more diverse and impactful our research becomes. Yet data shows that there continues to be gender disparity in academic technology transfer and commercialization at universities nationwide. In this half-day workshop, we will bring together faculty, scientists, techmakers, and entrepreneurs ready for something new. Dr. Dana Kanze of London Business School will give a talk entitled, How Women Innovators Can Beat Bias in Investor Q&A: Research and Practice. The talk will be followed by a networking lunch and panel where we will continue this important conversation.
