Before you, as Principal Investigator, apply for appropriate licensure from federal and state authorities to use controlled substances in research at the CRC, you and all research personnel (co-investigators, technical staff and trainees) who will have access to controlled substances for your research, must be registered with the CRC Controlled Substances Administrator.
To register with the Program, obtain the Controlled Substance Information Sheet (PDF) and the Controlled Substance Program Release (PDF) and follow the instructions in the Program Guide (Word).
