Overview
In an effort to ensure the BU community is safe from fires the Office of Environmental Health & Safety (OEHS) conducts building inspections for compliance with the appropriate city or town Fire Code, applicable NFPA codes, and other fire/life safety regulations. In addition, OEHS coordinates with local building officials and fire departments regular Life Safety inspections in buildings owned or managed by Boston University to conduct.
