the areas of history of philosophy, history of theology, and the
philosophy of religion. His teaching has focused on Christian Intellectual
History at the undergraduate level and Philosophy of Religion at
the graduate level. He has led seminars in Medieval Neo-Platonism,
the Modern Philosophical Critique of Medieval Theology, German Idealism,
and Contemporary Phenomenology and the 'Theological Turn.' Professor
Green's research is in medieval philosophy and theology, Classical
German Idealism, and post-Kantian philosophy of religion.

He has lectured widely in both Europe and the United States, on
the philosophy and philosophy of religion of Kant, Fichte, and Schelling,
