If you submit a pick-up request, under no circumstances will the diploma be mailed; you must pick-up your diploma at the Registrar’s Office: 881 Commonwealth Ave, 2nd floor. In order for someone else to pick-up your diploma on your behalf, they must bring with them a letter, signed by you, authorizing the release of your diploma.

We will produce diplomas only for students who have been made an ‘Official Graduate’ by their school or college. It is your responsibility to contact your school to ensure you are an Official Graduate by this date. Please confirm that your graduation information, including your ‘Diploma Name’ as indicated on the Student Link, is correct. Your diploma will only be released if you have settled all University Financial Obligations.

The deadline for January 2017 Graduates to submit an applications to pick up their diploma was January 10, 2017.  January 2017 Graduates who did not submit an application to pick-up their diploma will have their diploma mailed beginning February 21, 2017.  Diplomas will only be mailed to students who have settled all University Financial Obligations and have provided a diploma mailing address.

January Graduates may request to pick up a diploma on or after January 25, 2017 at the Registrar’s Office. The January Diploma Pick-Up Request form must be received by the Office of the University Registrar by January 10, 2017.
