CFA Concert Hall
The Concert Hall is a medium-sized venue suitable for soloists and chamber groups. The hall is primary used for concerts, recitals and recording sessions. Recording session clients have a choice of Steinway and Baldwin pianos in this hall. It is located on the first floor of the College of Fine Arts, 855 Commonwealth Avenue.
Tsai Performance Center
The Tsai Performance Center is used for faculty recitals, guest artists and large performing ensembles such as the BU Symphony Orchestra and Wind Ensemble. Located in the College of Arts and Sciences building at 685 Commonwealth Avenue, the Tsai Center features fully supported sound and lighting systems to meet the demands of the most complex events. With a maximum seating capacity of 515, this proscenium stage offers excellent sight lines that enable you to appreciate the onstage performance from every seat in the house. While the venue is not used for recording sessions, CFA Audio has the capability to do multitrack recordings of performances in the hall ranging from a soloist to an orchestra.
The Marshall Room
A small, intimate room used primarily for student performances and classes, the Marshall Room is located on the second floor of the College of Fine Arts, 855 Commonwealth Avenue.
