Boston University owns a significant number of high-profile commercial properties in the Kenmore Square/Commonwealth Avenue corridor. The commercial section of our office is responsible for leasing and management of 500,000 square feet of retail and office space. Many of our tenants are national chains (i.e. CVS, Radio Shack, Bertucci’s, etc.). Rents are set in accordance with market conditions.
