Sheila Heen, a Partner at Triad Consulting Group and a Lecturer at Harvard Law School, is the co-author, along with Douglas Stone and Bruce Patton, of the New York Times Business Bestseller, Difficult Conversations: How to Discuss What Matters Most (Penguin 2000).

Ann Garrido

Ann Garrido, Associate Professor of Homiletics and former director of the field education program at Aquinas Institute of Theology in St. Louis, Missouri, oversaw the Institute’s Pursuing a Culture of Engaged Conversation Project from 2006-2010. Sheila and Ann collaborated on this project.
