Account Management Model

  • Provide clients with an industry-focused account manager to understand their business needs, not just recruiting needs
  • Direct link with the students interested in employment in their respective industry, to more effectively understand their skills, interests and strengths
  • Account manager is able to provide a more customized service to clients by providing specific student insight
  • Develop Employer Marketing Plan to actively market client requests, well in advance, through multiple mediums to ensure maximum corporate publicity, exposure, and student response for the desired posting or event

NEW Employer Experience Model 

  • Assistant Director for Employer Experience position provides direct line employer support for all employer logistical recruiting needs
  • Proactively monitor application or event registration progress to be able to strategically adjust when needed and continually provide client real-time information so they can feel comfortable and plan accordingly
