Nailing the ideal job requires a broad mix of skill-sets, with an enriching learning environment to develop those skills. And students of Boston University have reasons to rejoice. A report published by Times Higher Education, placed the University 11th in the world and 7th in the nation for its global employability. The study was conducted by French human resources company Emerging.
This is the sixth year of the Global University Employability Rankings, and this year the study involved a two-part survey that was answered by management-level recruiters and managing directors of international companies. The survey also reached out to recruiters with experience in hiring international talent. Respondents also had the option to add names of universities to the existing list that they were given to select from. Global rankings were determined by an aggregation of votes, which were converted to scores.
