Journal Club (12/04): Mechanisms of Improved Cas9s Specificity
The next Seminar Series Journal Club hosted by QBP will be on Wednesday, December 4 at 12:00 in CILSE 106C. The journal club is formatted such that we will read a paper from each department seminar speaker prior to their talk. Our upcoming speaker is Dr. Taekjip Ha from JHU, and on Wednesday we will be reading his group’s paper “Mechanisms of improved specificity of engineered Cas9s revealed by single-molecule FRET analysis” (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41594-018-0051-7).
