Professor
My professional commitment is the application of psychological
theory, methods and research knowledge toward improving organizational,
group and individual effectiveness. Initially trained
in clinical and social psychology, subsequent training has
been in the areas of group and organizational behavior and
community psychology. Current teaching assignments are
in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Group Dynamics.
In addition to teaching, I have consulted on managing change
in organizations and have conducted training in the following
areas: negotiation skills, intergroup relations, team
building and gender issues. My research interests are
in the social and organizational factors that affect work
performance and satisfaction.
