Research Interests

My research interests include health and human development, behavior genetics, andlongitudinal aging twin research. Specifically, I’m interested in examining the geneticand environmental influences of cognitive aging with emphasis on physical healthoutcomes such as physical function, lung function, and chronic health conditions. I’man investigator on the Vietnam Era Twin Study of Aging, an ongoing longitudinal agingproject funded by the National Institute of Aging. My teaching interests include: Child Development, Life-Span Development, General Psychology, Research Methodology,and Abnormal Psychology.
