We are researchers in the Psychology Department of Boston University interested in how children develop their understanding of leadership and how they pick heroes. Since we are also Star Trek fans, we decided to combine our interests and post the following survey over the internet. Your child will be asked for some basic demographic information ( which either you, he or she may provide.) We will then ask a few questions about who your child's "Star Trek" heroes are. Finally, we'll describe four leadership scenarios, two using "Star Treks" characters and two not, and ask a few brief questions about each.
