Learning Disabilities:
A learning disability is a neurological disorder that may cause problems with reading, writing, spelling, reasoning, recalling and/or organizing information. While learning disabilities can't be cured or fixed, with the right support and intervention people with learning disabilities can succeed and reach their potential at school or work. A neuropsychological evaluation is the only accurate way of diagnosing a learning disability. After a diagnosis is made, appropriate referrals for tutoring can be made, and academic accommodations can be recommended.
