Anger:
While in most cases anger is a normal, often adaptive emotion, an excess of feelings of anger or rage, or a desire to act upon destructive impulses can cause interpersonal problems and decreases in quality of life. Treatment may involve an identification of triggers, relaxation training, and an examination of the thoughts behind the anger.
