Chris Burrell

Chris Burrell is the Investigations and Radio Reporter for the New England Center for Investigative Reporting. Burrell investigates criminal justice, immigration and housing stories for broadcast, digital and print. His investigations earned him Journalist of the Year, weekly division, by the New England Press Association, and his stories have appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post and The Boston Globe, and aired on WGBH and National Public Radio. Before joining NECIR in 2016, Burrell was a reporter for the (Quincy) Patriot-Ledger.
