Who can participate?

Registry participants may be receiving established or experimental treatment, supportive care, or no treatment (i.e., they are being observed). In other words, all newly diagnosed patients are eligible and desirable subjects as long as they meet two simple criteria:

• Patients diagnosed within the past 4 months with MDS with confirming bone marrow biopsy, or with multiple myeloma.
• Patients residing in the US

Patients are eligible regardless of:

• Disease stage at diagnosis
• Prognosis
• Current treatment
• Treatment plans
• Physician specialty
• Medical care setting
