You are eligible to join if:

• You have been diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) within the past 4 months
• You live in the U.S.
• You are age 18 or older

You do not need to have received any medicines or other treatments for your MDS to be eligible.

It does not matter if you also have other diseases or medical conditions.
