Posters can be no larger than 4' (122 cm)
wide.
They can be mounted on the posterboards with velcro (sticky-backed velcro attached to the back of your
poster
will
stick
directly to the board's surface), pushpins or thumbtacks. Please do
not use tape or write or draw directly on the board.
Posters can be mounted any time from registration on Wednesday, January 3 at noon until the poster session on Thursday, January 4, beginning at 5 pm.
Please register first. Your poster number will be included in your registration packet. Be sure to mount your poster on the board with your poster number.
The poster session will be held during the reception on Thursday evening, January 4, 5-7 pm.
The posters may remain up until the end of the symposium, Saturday, January 6 at 3 pm.
