  • Ends: 2:30 pm on Friday, November 9, 2018
“Mindfulness” is an introduction to concepts and meditation practices in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hahn. In this 6-week series, you will learn how to put down your burdens and cultivate a peaceful, calm presence. Each session will explore a new meditation practice that will touch upon a different aspect of life and experience: developing compassion, transforming difficult emotions, and facilitating mindful communication. Open to beginner and advanced meditators. To register, please contact Dr. Brenda Caldwell Phillips, Lecturer of Psychological and Brain Sciences, at bcp@bu.edu.
