Cinematheque: Evening with Robin Berghaus and Will Lautzenheiser

December 1-AN EVENING WITH ROBIN BERGHAUS and WILL LAUTZENHEISER- - An ex-BU film graduate student relocated to Austin, Texas, Berghaus returned to Boston to film STUMPED, her inspiring, truly heart-warming documentary portrait of ex-BU film instructor, Will Lautzenheiser. Felled by a crippling, near-fatal disease, Lautzenheiser fights back with extraordinary fortitude and humor, becoming a “standup” comic and risking his life to undergo an experimental double-arm transplant. At BU, Lautzenheiser will join Berghaus for the Q&A. **STUMPED will be screened with English subtitles. ASL interpreters and CART services will be provided during the pre and post film discussions.
