Position: Business Analyst

At Wayfair, Business Analysts own the strategy, execution, and analysis for the customer acquisition and retention programs to which they are dedicated. New analysts are quickly given responsibility for determining how to best invest Wayfair marketing spend to grow traffic, revenue, and profit. Business Analysts have decision-making power in defining, testing and evolving their program’s growth plan. A day-in-the-life of an Business Analyst is largely self-driven but could include: launching a marketing campaign that is seen by millions; modeling the impact of a marketing spend increase; analyzing category seasonality and product sales; evaluating a test and sharing the results with senior leadership; or watching the results of a successful campaign unfold in real-time.
