Building Bridges To Fix Our Broken Food System

Alexis Fox of the Humane Society of the United States will join the BU Veg Society for an enlightening, engaging discussion about the deficiencies of the Standard American Diet (SAD) and the broken nature of our food system. Fox will encourage us to feel empowered as citizens and consumers to choose more healthful alternatives to our culture of overconsumption. In discussing the interconnectedness of human health, the environment, and animals, this talk will be extremely holistic and integrative - and it will be extremely informative!
