Meet Big Bird, Elmo, Bert & Ernie, Oscar the Grouch and Cookie Monster and hear how Sesame Street revolutionized educational television and children's television around the world for over forty years. Professor Michael Loman was the Executive Producer of Sesame Street for over ten years and analyzes how the series was conceived and why, how it evolved through the years, and what changes he made to the show during his tenure. He'll also discuss the international companies of Sesame Street (shown in over 125 countries) and specifically, his contributions to the Chinese and combined Israeli/Palestinian productions.
