Nutrition in the New Year: Dining Services

With five dining halls and many other eateries on campus that BU Dining Services oversees, how do they help ensure that students and other members of the University community with special dietary considerations are accommodated?

To get some insight, we caught up with Adam Pagan, an executive chef at West Dining Hall, who walked us through some of the steps that are taken.
