In his new memoir, Adventures of an Accidental Sociologist: How to Explain the World Without Becoming a Bore, world renowned sociologist Dr. Peter L. Berger admits he planned to become a minister but stumbled into the field of sociology instead.
Dr. Berger is Professor Emeritus of religion, sociology and theology and founding director of BU’s Institute on Culture, Religion, and World Affairs.
