Lectures and Workshops
PRC lectures and workshops are held at various locations on Boston University's campus. Please check the specific page on our website for each program location.

The PRC is committed to making both its facility and programs accessible to visitors with disabilities. We are happy to create guided tours tailored to your needs or the needs of your group if given at least two weeks notice.

The PRC Gallery and library at 832 Commonwealth Avenue is physically accessible with a ramp entrance to the front door. Please ring the doorbell for assistance as we do not have a power-assisted door. Exhibition wall text is available in large font upon request (please call a few days before your visit). Unfortunately, the PRC is not able to provide audio tours or assistive listening devices at this time.

Lectures and workshops are held at various locations on the BU Campus, all of which are accessible.

The PRC is establishing a brand new committee to focus on accessibility issues and working with diverse populations. If you are passionate about advocating for people with disabilities and chronic illnesses and if you want to see more inclusion in the PRC's programming, this committee is for you!

Please contact the PRC at 617-975-0600 or if you are interested in joining the Accessibility Committee or if you would like to make a request for a guided tour. Thank you for your interest!

On-street parking spaces are in close proximity to the PRC. There are parking meters on Commonwealth Avenue, across the street, and on Amory Street. After 6 pm, meters are no longer in effect. Accessible street parking is available on Amory Street, just around the corner from the PRC.

Boston University Lot F is always available for a flat rate of $12. This lot is just past the PRC on the right. Click here for map. If you use this lot, let the parking lot attendant know that you are attending an event at the PRC. For visitors with wheelchairs or walkers, we recommend the driveway of Lot F as the closest and easiest drop-off location. If you need assistance into the PRC from your vehicle, please call us before your visit to arrange a time.
