In addition to regular calls for entry, the PRC invites submissions from artists and educators to be considered for possible exhibitions and educational programs. It is the PRC's goal to discover, encourage, and promote emerging talent and showcase a variety of work. The 14th Annual PRC Juried Exhibition
Each year, the PRC is pleased to host a juried exhibition with a nationally-renowned juror. Begun in 1996, the PRC Juried Exhibition highlights midcareer artists and "ones to watch." We were pleased to have as our 2009 juror, Russell Hart, Executive Editor, American Photo magazine, and Editor, American Photo On Campus.

New Juried Opportunity
In addition to the juried exhibition, EXPOSURE, the PRC is pleased to offer another opportunity for PRC members, a print publication judged by Blind Spot Editor and Publisher, Dana Faconti. Printed as a full-color insert into our fall 2009 newsletter, in the loupe, the inaugural PRC Juried Publication competition will feature one image per selected artist and contact information.

In general, solo shows are rare at the PRC. As a reminder, current members are allotted one review per year. In addition, we offer regular review opportunities with outside reviewers as well as an annual juried exhibition with a different guest juror each year. Educational programs range from lectures, to seminars, to booksignings, to short workshops.
Please include:
 10-20 jpgs on CD with index sheet are preferred; video work as a DVD (pc formated)
 current resume or vita
 statement explaining your specific project, supporting material, and a checklist (including media, print size, year, and description of final presentation/framing method)
 self-addressed stamped with adequate postage envelope for return
As a small staff, expect us to have unsolicited material for up to a year. Please do not send original slides or prints and note that the PRC assumes no responsibility for lost, damaged, or missing materials. Please address all proposals to the appropriate person at the below address.
