Robert Jaffe is the Morningstar Professor of Physics at MIT, where he was the director of the Center for Theoretical Physics for many years. He has been taking photographs for decades, often traveling to far corners of the world in connection with physics research. Most recently, he has been helping to launch a new university of science and engineering in Lahore, Pakistan.
