A photography instructor and coordinator at Plymouth State University, Chehalis Hegner-Melloni received her MFA from the Art Institute of Boston in 2005. Exhibited throughout New England, she was featured in the 1999 PRC Juried Exhibition and more recently in the PRC's 30th Anniversary Exhibition.
