The founder of the PRC, Chris Enos is a respected photographer who taught at the University of New Hampshire from 1986 until 2005, when she moved to New Mexico. Enos is a graduate of the San Francisco Art Institute and the recipient of grants from the Massachusetts Culture Council and the National Endowment for the Arts. Her work is included in numerous collections including the George Eastman House, Harvard University's Fogg Art Museum, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, and the Polaroid Collections. Her flower series from the early 1980s, made using Polaroid film, is perhaps her best known.
