Bill Armstrong is a New York - based fine art photographer who has been shooting in color for over 30 years. Selections from Armstrong's “Infinity” series were shown at the PRC's 2004 exhibition, Concerning the Spiritual in Photography. His Mandala series will be featured in a two-person exhibition at the Philadelphia Museum of Art in the fall of 2008.
