Undergraduate Academic Advisor (Last Name L-Z)

she/ella

Julia, or Juls as most people call her, has been been in and around the BU community since she first stepped foot on campus her freshman year in 2015. As an undergraduate, she was a student of Anthropology, Art History, Shakespearean Theater, and Maternal and Child Health among other things. She previously served as a member of the Board of Admissions and had the opportunity to work with prospective students. Now, as an advisor, she gets to have the wonderful privilege of working directly with the student body once again. Her main goal is to empower her students to make the most out of their undergraduate careers, and to achieve all of the goals they have in mind. In addition to her advising responsibilities, Juls is an FY101 instructor and advises Wandering Minds.

Outside of her professional time, Juls listens to music all day long (and has over 110 playlists on Spotify), enjoys the non-wintertime by hanging in her hammock in any green space she finds, goes on ice cream-driven walks, and continues her studies in Arts Administration.

She lives by two mottos: “It will all be alright in the end. If it’s not yet alright, then it’s not yet the end.” and “Deliver like a midwife!”
