February 12 : No End In Sight (2007) NO END IN SIGHT examines the manner in which the principal errors of U.S. policy – the use of insufficient troop levels, allowing the looting of Baghdad, the purging of professionals from the Iraqi government, and the disbanding of the Iraqi military – created the insurgency and chaos that engulf Iraq today. Nominated for a 2008 Academy Award.

February 19 : Operation Homecoming - Writing the Wartime Experience (2007) OPERATION HOMECOMING is a unique documentary that explores the firsthand accounts of American servicemen and women through their own words. The stories recounted here are sad, funny, violent and uplifting. Yet each one displays an honesty and intensity that is rarely seen in explorations of the war. Nominated for a 2008 Academy Award.

February 26 : Sicko (2007) a In SICKO, acclaimed filmmaker Michael Moore sets out to investigate the American healthcare system. Sticking to his tried-and-true one-man approach, Moore sheds light on the complicated medical affairs of individuals and local communities. Sicko promises to be every bit as indicting as Moore’s previous films. Nominated for a 2008 Academy Award.

March 4: War Photographer (2001) a WAR PHOTOGRAPHER is a film about James Nachtwey, a committed, shy man, who is considered one of the bravest and most important war photographers of our time - but hardly fits the cliché of the hard-boiled war veteran. Nominated for a 2001 Academy Award.

March 18 : The Prisoner, Or How I Planned To Kill Tony Blair (2007) aThe PRISONER: HOW I PLANNED TO KILL TONY BLAIR
In an absurd comedy of errors, a freedom-loving Iraqi journalist is mistaken as Tony Blair's would-be assassin and sent to Abu Ghraib Prison where he discovers the true meaning of liberation.

March 25 : Senator Obama Goes to Africa (2007) aPart personal odyssey and part chronicle of diplomacy in action, this documentary follows Senator Obama as he travels to the land of his ancestry.

April 1 : Bills' Run - A Political Journey in Rural Kansas (2004) aWhen filmmaker Richard Kassebaum learned that his brother Bill, a rancher and country lawyer, had decided to run for the Kansas House, he set out to chronicle the campaign. BILL’S RUN follows his journey through the primary-a comical and sometimes painful quest-as he takes on the Republican incumbent and fights to preserve a lifestyle quickly disappearing from rural America.

April 8: Can Mr. Smith Get To Washington Anymore (2006) aCAN MR. SMITH GET TO WASHINGTON ANYMORE? follows the 2004 campaign of Jeff Smith, a young political science instructor who runs for the seat vacated by retiring congressman Dick Gephardt. Pitted against Russ Carnahan, the scion of a powerful political family, Smith proves that an unknown with no money can make a difference, forging a campaign that poses a serious challenge to Carnahan.

April 15 : Run Granny Run! (2007) aAt age 89, Doris "Granny D" Haddock walked across the country in protest of big-money influence on elections. Five years later in 2004, she got a chance to run for the U.S. Senate in New Hampshire. RUN GRANNY RUN! chronicles the charismatic activist hero in her colorful travels, director Marlo Poras took home the Audience Award for Documentary Feature at the 2007 SXSW.
