Writing in Contemporary Francophone Africa

One of today's most prominent African writers, the Senegalese novelist, essayist, and screenwriter Boubacar Boris Diop will present a lecture exploring the paradoxes of Francophone writing and the rising significance of literature in African languages. Reception to follow.
