Change: Responding to and Managing Change Successfully

Change, one of the only constants in life!! Change can be challenging, frustrating, and annoying as well as exciting, creative and invigorating.  As dynamic individuals, we experience change in our personal, professional, social and work lives. Change can be planned and it can be unexpected. No matter which, the personal impact change has on everyone is as unique as we are as individuals. This interactive program will explore change from a personal and professional perspective and provide realistic and practical suggestions for responding to and managing change effectively.
