ISR Provider Fulfillment
Course type: Hands-on lab - participants will use their own data in the production environment
Course level: Basic
Description: We will explore the process of posting charges and credits for services rendered against an Internal Service Request created by a requester. The training lab covers the following:
- Displaying ISR list view to post charges and credits
- Uploading file to post charges
- Completing the ISR line item to be charged
- Closing the ISR line item against further posting
- Executing relevant SAP and Business Warehouse Reports
We will also cover the new Provider Fulfillment features which includes a new Attachment functionality and the additon of a posting date available for first close period.
Target Audience: employees who are reasonably new to the University or to their business role and who work for an Internal Service Provide department
Prerequisites/Requirements:
1. Review list of Internal Service Providers for Boston University - Internal Service Provider List to be sure your department is on the list
2. Confirmation from employee’s manager that this course is appropriate to employee’s business role
3. At least minimal experience using SAP in their current business role(s)
4. Review these work instructions:
