Coping With Stress During The Holidays

There are many stressors associated with the holidays. Our responses to these stressors influence the extent to which we experience the holidays as enjoyable and fulfilling versus unpleasant and depleting. Participants in this interactive workshop will identify sources of holiday-related stress, practice the use of relaxation techniques, and develop a personalized action plan for coping with the holiday season.
