Search Tips
1. Searches are not case sensitive. Upper and lower case terms yield the
same results.
2. You may search for complete phrases by enclosing them in quotation
marks. Searches for words enclosed in double quotes ("like this")
will find pages that contain the exact phrase.
3. If you enter individual words without quotation marks around them, the
search ignores common characters and words such as "$," "@," "where," "the," "how," and "when," as
well as single digits and single letters. If you put quotation marks around
a phrase, these words will be included in the phrase search.
4. Although the search engine is provided as a convenience, it is highly recommended that you not rely on it to find things.
It is not the best way to locate something because it almost
always brings up too many results. Click on the " Navigation Tips"
movie ticket icon in the left menu of the site pages (or on the words
"Navigation Tips" just above the search windows on the
Splash pages) for information about finding
things using the menu system.
5. Finally, if you would like to scroll through a complete listing of all of the subsections of the site
click here. Be forewarned, however. Using this listing to learn
what is on the site and to access it can be more confusing than moving around the site by using the
menus that are available on the regular site pages. Close this window to access the regular site menus.
