The landscape of mental health treatment is in constant flux. Designed for students and new professionals, this workshop will provide an overview of recently passed federal and state laws, MA licensing requirements and information about liability.

Learning Objectives

1. Increase knowledge of the new federal and state Laws impacting social work practice.

2. Learn the requirements for social work licensure in Massachusetts.

3. Understand the liability risks of social work practice.
