Fresh from winning the James Beard Award for “Best Chef: Northeast,” Jamie Bissonnette joins us to share his brand-new book, The New Charcuterie Cookbook: Exceptional Cured Meats to Make and Serve at Home. Chef Bissonnette will demonstrate some of the recipes and techniques that have made Coppa and Toro two of the hottest restaurants in Boston, and guests will have the opportunity to taste some of his exquisite creations, paired with wine.
