25 Years of Culinary Arts: An Evening with Jacques Pépin


Regarded as the world's leading expert in culinary technique and educations, Jacques Pépin returns to Boston University to celebrate 25 years of gastronomic instruction in the Certificate Program in Culinary Arts at Boston University. Pépin wil craft one of his signature menus, expertly paired with wines, and demonstrate finely tuned techniques that anyone can learn. Each guest will receive a copy of one of Pépin's cooking compendia, which showcases the chef's signature kitchen skills, style, and recipes that guests can use to recreate at home.
