Regional Italian, with Dante De Magistris


Executive Chef Dante de Magistris of the eponymous Restaurant dante, along with Belmont’s il Casale, will lead an evening creating exquisite regional Italian cuisine. Guests will be treated to a lesson in the fine art of Italian cookery as they help prepare a full meal—from stuzzichini (appetizers) to dolce (dessert)—complete with hand-rolled pasta.
