Oodles of Noodles, with Christine Merlo


The simple ingredients of flour, water, and eggs are used to create one of the most popular items enjoyed by many different cultures—noodles. In this class, we will make some easy and tasty examples of different types of both sweet and savory recipes. Students will cook and dine on vegetable ramen soup, fettuccine Alfredo, spaetzle with chicken schnitzel, and creamy angel hair pudding.
