Cooking Fundamentals for Children


This inspiring, hands-on session for young learners (ages 8-12), led by culinary instructors Robyn DeLuca and Lisa Falso, will introduce the fundamentals of cooking, based on time-honored, French techniques and traditions. Kids will learn the basics of chopping, boiling, baking, sauteing and more, using meats, starches and vegetables to create an enjoyable meal to be eaten together as a group at the end of the class.
