Island Creek Oyster Bar with Jeremy Sewall, Tom Schlesinger-Guidelli, and Skip Bennett


One of Boston's newest and already most popular restaurants, Island Creek Oyster Bar (ICOB) teams the expertise of three people: Chef Jeremy Sewall (Eastern Standard Kitchen & Drinks) and general manager Tom Schlesinger-Guidelli; and Skip Bennett, founder/owner of one of the nation’s most treasured oyster farms, Island Creek (Duxbury, MA). This innovative trio is pairing fresh seafood with fresh ideas and packing them in nightly. The ICOB team has agreed to take a night off in order to bring their signature style to Boston University for an evening of demonstrations and tasting. Sample Chef Sewall's seafood delicacies paired with unique wines by Schlesinger-Guidelli, while Bennett teaches you the A to Z of the oyster.
