Ana Sortun (Oleana Restaurant/Sofra Bakery and Café) and Ihsan Gurdal (Formaggio Kitchen) come together again for a night of exquisite food and Kavaklidere wines from the Turkish region of Anatolia. The menu will consist of family-style mezze, such as warm, buttered hummus and kisi (bulgur and red pepper salad), followed by fried mussels, pasture-raised lamb, and a surprise sweet dessert. Ana’s and Ihsan’s expertise on the culture and cuisines of Turkey will transport you directly to this glorious country.
